Laser Cutting
We can laser cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 2.5m x 1.25m and15mm thick.
Sheet Metal Forming
We can bend and form mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium components from sheet up to 3m in length.
Metal Spinning
We can spin metal components up to 52 inches in diameter by CNC or hand. Low to high volume.
Presswork
We can press a range of components using our 30 tonne hydraulic press or power press.
Tube Bending
We can tube bend your components that are up to 80mm diamter and a maximum wall thickness of 3mm.
Welding & Assembly
We also offer MIG and TIG welding (AC & DC), soft solder, silver solder and full mechanical assembly.
